    Welcome to Under 1 Roof Contracting.  We offer free estimates to the local area.  Our company is based out of Newport News, Va.

    Our company is structured and focused on the underside of homes and businesses.  Removal and Replacement of Insulation, Mold Treatments, Installation of Dehumidifiers and Installation of Moisture Barriers (Vapor Barrier).

    If you have a crawl space under your home and it's nearly 10 years old or more you may benefit from our services. 

    From the moment you contact us and schedule an estimate, here's what we are going to do for you:

  1. One of our Techs. will come out and meet with you to find out what is your main concern with under your home.
  2. Next, we will go under your home and take a visual inspection of what might be going on under there.
  3. Then, we will explain our findings and present an written estimate for the scope of work.
    If you find our estimate within your means and agree to have the work done, we will then schedule a start date. Once we have a signed the agreement and before the work is started, we will take pictures before and after work is completed. Most of our jobs under crawls are completed in 1 day.

If electrical work is needed for pumps, or dehumidifiers work may take additional days.  Our company does not take any part in termite control or other pest, were only here for moisture control and prevention.  We have been working under crawl spaces for quite sometime now, Please do not let your Termite inspector be your source of comfort when it comes down to the entire crawl space. After all we have over 10 years of experience in water restoration and the affects of moisture and mold.  We are trained and certified to remove and/or treat mold. Well until then, Take care.
